Dead Earnest was founded in 1993.  We now have a massive portfolio of workshop plans and exercises with a proven track record of helping raise confidence, develop skills and improve the communication and productivity of teams and individuals.

We also bring the experiences of a multi-disciplinary team to the planning and delivery of our work.  Our core team, and freelance artists, have worked in numerous settings including working as council officers, consultants, teachers and lecturers.  This broad range of experiences allows us to bring both empathy and expertise to delivering and facilitating the training of teams and individuals.

We can devise and deliver bespoke workshops, deliver off-the-shelf workshops around set topics, for example 'speaking and listening,' and facilitate full day team building or development days.

We have worked with groups ranging from Teachers to TARA's in the past and are able to put participants at ease with the techniques we use so that workshops are accessible, enjoyable and effective.

Most of our work is costed at the Arts Councils daily rate for an artist, so costs are easy to understand and always agreed and fixed in advance.
