Sometimes it’s not about teaching new skills or intensive training, it’s simply about becoming closer as a team so that you work more efficiently. At Dead Earnest we can create original team building events to really help your team learn about and fully appreciate one another.

From internal workshops to full away days of excitement, creativity and laughter – we aim for people to have fun, to bond and to learn all at once.

Theatrical techniques can be great fun to use as a way of getting to know one another. The obvious route to take would be for us to help a group put on a performance; bonding and taking ownership of something like that can really help a set of people work better together. It is all about working alongside each other identifying people’s strengths and weaknesses, operating jointly towards a goal everyone shares.

Being Dead Earnest, we like to be creative too and our team building events reflect that. We don’t ever have a set agenda, we listen to what you need and we build something around it. Theatrical techniques will feature heavily but a performance may not be the answer for you. For Green Estate we used lots of different props to get the employees working together to build a photographic history of the newly renovated Manor Oaks Farm.
