Dead Earnest have just completed a project working with Sheffield Homes' BME Forum.  We worked in consultation with the group to craft a bespoke script and performed at their tenants forum.  The piece featured multiple languages and is a great example of the way we can work in consulation with commissioners and service users to create highly effective work.

Dead Earnest continue to use the arts to open up debate, and access to change in the field of public health.  We believe that the arts can reach an audience, and engage them in ways and environments in which traditional health interventions may fail.  'Clearing the Air' is a project based around a forum theatre piece designed to open up the debate around smoking and quitting. The project sees us working again with our partners in Pendle Borough Council and it really feels as though we are building a relationship with the communities around this area, after the success of our work on Streets Together, Streets Apart.
