Facilitation

At Dead Earnest we are experts in communication. Ashley Barnes, our Artistic Director, lectures in the subject at Sheffield Hallam University and we have a number of highly skilled individuals we can call upon who can get the very best out of a group.

Facilitation is not about dominating a discussion or being centre-stage. Instead, it is about allowing a group of people to feel comfortable, to understand when they need moving on or when they need holding back. It is about letting their ideas be the centre of discussions rather than asserting your own.

We can facilitate large group conversations, we can lead workshops and exercises and we can help you really get the best input from everyone involved.
