Change Management

Change is an inevitable part of all aspects of life, not least in the professional world. However, at Dead Earnest we don’t think it is a process to be feared. On the contrary, change can offer a brilliant opportunity for positive developments of individuals and entire organisations.

The term ‘change’ can mean anything from tiny alterations in processes to a complete overhaul of how an organisation operates and it is often difficult for staff at all levels to adapt to. We feel that our techniques at Dead Earnest can help make the transition smoother.

We have worked with numerous organisations that wanted to implement a change in culture in their staff. As such we used Forum Theatre techniques to show how customer service could be improved; we allowed the staff to come up with their own ideas, to liaise with management and find the right solution for their company. Theatre offers a unique setting for individuals to collaborate, to come up with ideas and create solutions, to help each other to understand what change is happening, and why and, most importantly, to embrace it.
