A lot of what we at Dead Earnest do is about bringing people together, but what does that actually mean? Often it is about getting different parties in the same room to discuss issues, solutions and ideas.

This can be at different levels within an organisation – from the chief execs down to the cleaners, to make sure everyone’s voice is heard, so that they understand what is happening in the organisation, the direction, the strategy, the issues they all face and the way forward. It is a great way for people to feed back up the ladder, whilst it is also important for those at the top to get their perspective across.
